Just now, I began playing Grand Theft Auto 5 for the initial time using a new setup: a GeForce RTX 2070 Super FE combined with an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X processor. Despite running the game at 1440p with standard graphics and VSync disabled, my frame rate consistently remains below 60 frames per second. Are there any suggestions you could offer?

Here are my system details:

Ryzen 5 2600X with a Wraith Prism cooler
16GB of DDR4 memory at 3200MHz speed
GeForce RTX 2070 Super FE
650W gold power supply

What was the previous graphics card?
Did you use Display Driver Uninstaller to remove the old driver?

I previously owned a GeForce RTX 1660 Ti and employed Display Driver Uninstaller to perform a complete driver installation. After testing the game at 800x600 resolution, my frame rate consistently remained below 60 frames per second.
