2019 release of Ryzen first-gen memory modules
I've been thinking about increasing my RAM to 32GB in my current setup. I'm worried about downclocking to lower speeds, but I want to be sure the new kit supports DDR4 3200. Since I bought it two years ago and it's now on sale, using a reliable model might be a good idea. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
Initially, after setting up the first generation, you'll probably need to upgrade your clock speed once you install four sticks or two dual-rank sticks.

It might make sense to keep the 16GB until I really need to boost my RAM. I don’t want a slowdown unless it’s necessary. At the very least, I think I could adjust aggressive timings to match the performance at 2933. Hopefully
