2019 MacBook Pro 16-inch model with slow Wi-Fi in Boot Camp mode
Are there any users experiencing difficulties with a 16-inch MacBook Pro boot camp setup due to slow Wi-Fi? I've been attempting to fix the problem but haven't succeeded, suspecting a driver issue. I've noticed similar reports online, yet no resolution found. My system runs Windows 10 Pro 2004 with Broadcom driver v101.10.152.10, which is the one provided by Windows support. When I check Wi-Fi settings using netsh wlan show all, it doesn't recognize 802.11ac as a supported radio type—despite the chip being an 802.11ac adapter. It works on MacOS but Windows claims it's using 802.11a. After fresh installs of both OS and Boot Camp support software, I tried the Windows update driver, but it stopped working completely. Help would be greatly appreciated since I've spent about a week trying to solve this. Even a simple confirmation of the issue would help Apple understand its broader impact.
Apple ignores Bootcamp, and their drivers are usually unreliable. It's been a long time since I could even perform a right-click with the trackpad without restarting the boot camp control panel each time.
