Hey there, when I boot up my PC it shows two windows that my system couldn’t find. They’re: C:/User/Oscar/AppData/Local/Uhmedia/New.dll and C:Users/Oscar/Appdata/Local/Emwtion/Test.dll. Thanks a lot for your assistance! I should have added this to the troubleshooting part, but I’m sorry about that.

They might be connected to the operating system. Use sfc/scannow to resolve issues. These could come from software that isn't properly installed or removed.

It seems you have suspicious files and folders. Remove them from startup and run a full system scan.

I ran an SFC/SCAN and detected a few files, but it couldn’t replace them. Also, I downloaded Malware Anti-Bytes, which uncovered some items, though nothing changed. If you have additional ideas, feel free to share.
