your 16gb ram modules appear as 8gb in the bios, but they’re being identified correctly with an xmp profile and running at full speed. the motherboard supports up to 32gb in a single slot, which explains the discrepancy.

Are you certain it's 16GB DIMMs? The memory model refers to an 8GB kit, so likely those are 8GB RAM modules.

I purchased a used CMK32GX4M2D3600C18 set and found those two sticks there. Probably I was tricked.

You can ask for a return, refund, or chargeback. The product is listed as the 32GB kit (cmk32gx4m2d3600c18), but the motherboard is identifying it as the 16GB kit (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15).
