I generally advise against overvolting parts. Excess voltage can actually harm the silicon, with degradation increasing as voltage rises. When XMP is activated, it adjusts the voltage along with speed and timing according to the RAM's specifications. "Auto" mode with XMP will apply the appropriate setting. The listed voltage should appear on the sticker or packaging. Checking your HyperX setup shows a rating of 1.2V, indicating stability at that level. If you're testing for voltage drop as the main issue, you can revert to 1.35V after testing and observe if the system remains stable. A stable reading there would point to a PSU problem. If it still fluctuates, consider the voltage reaching the CPU's IMC. You might increase it slightly, but be cautious—exceeding safe limits for DDR4 memory isn't advisable. It’s best not to push beyond 1.5V unless you have specific guidance.
