I need to figure out my RAM situation. It seems like it's not displaying the full amount installed. With 16GB, only 7.9GB appears and the system says hardware is reserved. The BIOS lists 8192MB but shows both sticks installed. Everything I've done—changing virtual memory, checking system settings, reseating the CPU, updating BIOS—hasn't resolved the issue. RAM has been configured correctly in all settings.

Do you have an iGPU? The second and third images didn’t load when I replied.

Your RAM slots support 2 or 4 channels, which aligns with dual-channel configuration. However, the BIOS lists A2 and B1 while the specs say A2 and B2—make sure XMP is activated after all 16GB appear.

They are located in A2 and B2, showing images taken during the relocation of files into various folders.
