Need to improve cooling, I’ve mentioned switching back to 1080p. That means your GPU is CPU-bound at that resolution and you’re not using the card to its full potential. Consider lowering the voltage in MSI Afterburner and adjusting the fan curve. Also, check if your case has poor airflow.

I don't believe it's the cooling issue. When I first got this PC, everything ran smoothly—144+ FPS really looked like 144 Hz. Even with 200+ FPS, it still felt like 60 Hz, which isn't smooth.

Download the MSI afterburner file. Once you have it, in the middle section you’ll notice the core clock shift downward to -75MHz. MAKE SURE YOU DON’T CHANGE THE CORE VOLTAGE AT ALL!

What is the frame rate? Is it 165 or 60? When did you purchase it? Paste tends to degrade, dust builds up, and the GPU gets dirty. However, if your card reaches 80°C the cooling system becomes a problem.

It hasn't occurred as expected for my 3070ti yet.

Set up MSI following the burner, and it now runs smoother at 60–70°C after tweaking the curve settings.

I usually see around 200-300 frames per second, but my 1% dips to 144 fps. I just updated the pasteboard for the CPU.

What's the issue? If it doesn't look right, it's probably your setup or the display.

It seems the issue is with the 1% lows dropping below 165 Hz, causing lag. Not sure what to do about it.

Sure, I can provide a demo video showing the game in action with live statistics. Just let me know any specific details about your PC beyond the GPU.
