I’d prefer courses for dependability, but if team groups are more affordable, you might be better off.
I used Ripjaws for years with Intel CPUs, and they still work well on my wife's PC. When I upgraded to the Corsair Vengeance, it was a great pick for my current AMD setup. Memory has become much more forgiving lately, and the affordable DDR4 kits from reputable brands over the past couple of years are excellent for most users. The only exceptions are the overclockers trying to go beyond normal limits, which isn't a big concern for everyday use.
The only options left are the 3600c18 and 3200c16. These aren’t meant for overclockers—higher end chips with more than 4000 have terrible timing and poor performance. The 3600c16 is a fake product, and branding doesn’t matter much. All these parts are made by the same few companies.
