Here’s the rewritten text, focusing on a concise and clear presentation:
You need a monitor. A 144Hz monitor is recommended regardless of resolution – 1080p or 1440p. Spending around $300 on a monitor is advised.
For the GPU, consider an NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super ($500-550) or RTX 2070 ($420-460) if you prefer Nvidia. Alternatively, a 5700XT ($1200-1400) is an option for high intensity gaming.
The CPU should be a Ryzen 3700x. Pair it with a Tomahawk Max B450 motherboard ($120) and 3600MHz Gskill Ripjaws RAM ($85) – 16GB is sufficient.
Storage: A 500GB SSD for the OS and browser, combined with a 1TB HDD for larger files, costs approximately $100-150.
Case fans are optional but recommended; two fans cost around $30-50.
A Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 750W PSU ($115) is suggested. The Fractal Design Mesh C case is a good option for under $100, and Windows OS can be found online for $30.
for hdd, the only one basically the entire world uses.
The
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Dont pay more than 40$ for a 1tb hdd
so the mother board i picked was the b450 gaming plus max. since b450 tomahawk max was sold out. however it cant take 3600mhz memory, is it still ok for a ryzen 3700x? ( I should say that the build is mostly for gaming but i'm also using it for school, it's not mainly for school)

A high-performance PC build for gaming and demanding applications. This configuration focuses on delivering excellent performance with a balance of components, including an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor, RTX 2070 graphics card, and fast storage solutions. The build incorporates premium cooling (Noctua NH-U14S) and a stylish case (Cooler Master H500). It utilizes high-speed DDR4 memory and a robust power supply from Corsair. A key component is the Crucial P1 1TB NVMe SSD for rapid data access, complemented by a large capacity storage drive. The monitor is a fast 144Hz display. This build represents a solid investment for gamers and content creators seeking a powerful and reliable system.
