I ran a stress test on the CPU using CPU-Z, recording 1.320V peak across all cores and 3.9GHz on every single core. The highest temperature reached was 80°C. After stopping the test, I noticed some cores briefly spiked to 1.475V every few milliseconds.

The key point is: those voltages are acceptable.

Great news! Your voltages are all in order, this is the XFR behavior on Zen 2. You get high voltages and clocks for quick/light operations, then lower voltages and clocks during longer or heavier tasks. As long as your per core voltage stays under 1.325v under a continuous heavy load like cinebenche, you're in the clear.

If you don't have anything overclocked, I wouldn't worry about it. CPU's are made with longevity in mind. They usually get too slow before they die from anything.

I relied on my old laptop for about ten years, accumulating roughly 50,000 hours of use. I aimed to ensure it continued delivering consistent reliability. It remains in good condition today—just make sure you have a solid SSD and keep the system uncluttered.
