You seem fine as long as your temperatures stay under control—just minimal impact on the CPU. Any CPU would last longer without overclocking, but if it ever becomes unstable, you might need to lower the speed to extend its lifespan.

Using a cooler would help. At such a high voltage I’d anticipate around 85 volts, but the clock should remain steady near 1.36. Lowering the voltage is always advantageous.

You're not observing any decline (for example, the original OC that was consistent is no longer). At 1.45V only 4.7GHz is a bit underwhelming given the 6700k rating.

I possess a tailored water-cooling system featuring 240mm and 360mm radials, connected to a 1080 unit on the loop. My CPU runs on Aida 64 at a stable 1.44V. I haven't turned off SVID, as it's recommended for newer CPUs if you want overclocking benefits.
