To make your time easier, start by launching Experience and tweak the game's preferences before beginning.
Interestingly, I think GFE is the cause of it. From what I can find, the issue is likely being caused by GFE thinking my monitor is 4K and changing it. I can change the settings in GFE and then optimize with custom settings. Still a strange issue, especially since it's new.
