Here’s a rewritten version of the text:

To achieve high frame rates, particularly in games like CSGO aiming for 200+ fps, an Intel processor is often preferred for its ability to reach higher clock speeds. Ryzen processors can typically only reach around 4.2 GHz. An Intel i5 9600k, overclocked up to 5GHz, would provide the best performance for high-fps gaming. However, if you're already planning on playing at ultra settings, the graphics card (GPU) will likely be the limiting factor – you’ll still achieve 100+ fps depending on the game. A key advantage of an AMD platform is a strong upgrade path to future Zen 2 CPUs, which are expected to offer higher clock speeds and more cores. The freesync screen can scale to match the gpu output for optimal display performance.

that should work OK, though you may not hit 200+ FPS.
You might be better going for a 1440p 144Hz monitor instead.

I can +1 for what screwy said, the 144hz 1440p panels are reasonably affordable and right now, I think they offer the best gaming experience IMO. And the build you have should work great for that.
