Hi there, I'm trying to figure out why my 13900kf CPU reaches 100°C even when I'm only using about 20% of its capacity. I have an AIO cooler with cool fans and pipes, and everything seems to be running at a comfortable temperature. The cooler head is also pretty cool, which makes me think it's not clogged or not working properly. I've applied thermal paste twice, but nothing seems to be the issue. Anyone else have any insights?

Is there sufficient information about the pump's location and sound? Any other signs of unusual noise would be concerning.

I don’t detect any sound from the head. Also, the fans seem to be providing cool air, which isn’t normal. I expected the radiator to feel hot when the CPU reaches 100°C, but it’s only warm at most.

It seems like the pump is not functioning properly. If it doesn’t push hot fluid into the radiator, the fans will struggle to maintain temperature.

You're wondering why the unit feels warm when you touch the AIO head. It's likely because the pump is still active, generating heat even if it seems inactive. The warmth is normal and not a sign of trouble.

It depends on the actual AIO model. If it's made of plastic, you shouldn't notice much warmth on it.
