You're facing issues with your gaming setup. It seems your system isn't performing as expected despite good temperatures and stable temperatures. The performance drops significantly in games compared to others, especially when using different GPUs or configurations. Check the GPU settings, ensure drivers are up to date, and verify that your power supply can handle the load. Also, consider testing with a different game or adjusting in-game settings to see if that improves the frame rate.

Your RAM speed is X and it supports either 2x16 or 4x8 slots.

2x16 stock at 3600mhz running on RAM without any overclocking. My 4090 processor only reaches around 60% usage during games, but hits 99 on benchmarks—even when I slightly increase the clock speeds, results stay mostly consistent except for minor fluctuations.

Confirm connection: Is your screen linked to the RTX 4090 rather than your motherboard's display?

It seems like you're referring to a statement about performance. If it were him, he'd likely be experiencing under 20-30 frames per second.

1080p performance with the 13th gen iGPU is solid, though it varies by game. The RTX 4090 will hit CPU limits no matter the clock speed—whether it's 13700k or 7800x3D, except for path tracing in Cyberpunk—and we're focusing on around 200 fps. That’s a sanity check, since it’s still plausible.

The Intel graphics are running at 150 fps, but everything seems to be working fine. I'm thinking about a Windows 11 reinstall just in case, though it's not my top priority right now since I don't have anyone with the same setup nearby.
