High-end air coolers are usually required to handle such speeds. 12th generation processors tend to generate a lot of heat when pushed, so a premium liquid cooling system is essential if you aim for higher frequencies. If you're curious about upgrading for fun, consider an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360mm or an EK-AIO 360mm. These should match your system's memory setup, though you might need to adjust some settings since the kit fits tightly.
