Windows 7 Ultimate x64 was also purchased at Best Buy, where they fixed some issues—mainly the RAM isn’t working properly, which has been a problem since I installed it.

The BIOS configuration has some issues. In one setting, you can either turn off the entire integrated graphics unit or reduce the allocated RAM for the GPU to a smaller size.
