So, I need to capture games in 1080p resolution. But what speed should I use? I usually record at 60 MB/s for both 60 and 30fps, but it doesn’t seem excessive or too much. Space and power for recording aren’t an issue—I just prefer not to use unnecessary settings. I use Nvidia Shadowplay for the recording.

Include detailed clarity so you can confirm whether 60 MB/s is adequate.

If space isn't a concern, 60Mbps should be sufficient. My AMD graphics card handles most gameplay at 72.5Mbps.
