These temperatures and clock speeds are consistent throughout the system.
I’m running the GPU at full capacity, the CPU is capable but I’m uncertain about increasing it further with this cooler.
Below is a summary of all components inside the computer.

Bellbell098 shared their setup with three fans. They have a Corsair radiator on the front with four fans drawing air in, plus two fans at the top and one at the back blowing it out. The overall airflow is good, but the case lacks sufficient air movement, especially through the front panel. They also linked a video showing the build. It looks fine, though the small vents can't push air effectively.

The temperatures are perfectly matching expectations. With a stronger case than the ENzo, your readings would improve further since the airflow isn't optimal even with three fans.

It's a bit of a 3-fan setup, but around 7 total. The Corsair radiator has four fans drawing air through it. There are two fans at the top and one at the back, all pushing air out.

There are three fans in total. Approximately seven fans overall. The Corsair radiator has four fans drawing air in from the front, two on top and one back blowing out. It seems to meet temperature requirements but struggles with airflow through the small vents.

I didn't realize how much the airflow mattered. I never thought about it before. Probably better to add a case and custom loop cooler before going further.

No problems at all as remeber right now your temps are well within spec...When you nest push the CPU a new case will help....And custom loops ROCK!!!!

I really wanted one. But case space and money were quickly used up.

It's normal... the deals I've had to reach and concealing proof from my wife...!! If only she understood... I'd be a dead man walking.
