It seems quite unusual... I'm not sure about the risks, but lowering the overclock might help. I've noticed it can sometimes improve performance.

I believe your extreme GPU overclocking might be causing the issue. Were you pushing everything to its limit just for fun, or were you using a recommended guide? The setup doesn’t seem secure or reliable at all.
