Hey guys, so I wanted to ask is it alright for it to reach the power limit like this? im really new to overclocking but I just can't seem to find information about whether or not it is safe?

That's correct. Nvidia includes a built-in function that stops the GPU from overvolting, even when you use software to increase the power limit beyond its safe range. For more details on GPU OC'ing, see this link:
