If i overclock my a8 5600k to 4.2 ghz, will it still cause issues with the 1050ti? If your board can handle the OC and you have a solid 350W or better power supply, go ahead. It can't get worse. I'm surprised the A8-5600K is a bottleneck either. Is the CPU running at full capacity while the GPU is barely using any power?

I viewed certain videos using an A8 5600K paired with a 1050Ti, and in some games I noticed the CPU was at full capacity while the GPU stayed near 50 to 60 percent.
