It doesn't surpass the 5000 series, and you wouldn't fit a 10900k on a B460 board either. You can install a 5600x on a B450 without any problems.

No clear motive exists for wanting Intel to dominate so strongly.

you might be wondering why, considering the techpowerup benches you continuously improve, they use single-rank RAM. It’s clear that adding four ranks in dual-channel significantly boosts performance, and all tests show these setups outperform similar Intel models by a wide margin.

This situation falls into a percentage range of around 30-40%. It’s not a clear-cut answer, but it leans toward the lower side due to performance gaps and the lack of faster alternatives.

I came across a Reddit discussion where many users expressed frustration about the debate between geomean and averages, especially in the context of HUB interactions. Most agreed that the distinction isn't statistically significant, but some suggested HUB might adopt geomean to ease concerns without explicitly stating it, aiming for smoother communication.

It would matter whether they omitted all listed details and provided just the overall average. The shift from average to gemoean was minimal. However, you were told this applies separately for each game. If you jump to the conclusion without reviewing the specific match you're interested in, you're responsible for that oversight.

We’re discussing different aspects and focusing on what matters most for performance. The goal is to compare gaming experiences without getting bogged down in minor details. OP: Overall gaming performance remains consistent, with variations depending on CPU models. 3600 Pros: Excellent for professional work and non-gaming tasks; offers more upgrade options; no need for an aftermarket cooler. 10400 Pros: Gaming performance matches the Ryzen; budget-friendly; no aftermarket cooler required. Regardless of choice, you’ll likely be satisfied, and any trade-offs are minor. Even in games with big frame rate differences, the average remains high enough that it doesn’t significantly impact your experience unless you’re targeting 360hz. Civ6/Zen 3 isn’t a factor here. We’re mainly comparing the 10400 against the 3600.
