I intended to purchase an ASUS TUF GAMING B560 PLUS motherboard with Arctic Freezer esports 34 (single fan only). The decision lies between the 10400f and 11400F. There’s a $23,28 difference between these CPUs. Your GPU is an RX 570 8GB GDDR5.

11400F offers improved speed and compatibility with modern systems. Choose it now. For those with budget flexibility, the 12400F plus B660/H670 provides even greater performance.

The choice really hinges on your priorities. For maximum performance and FPS focus, go with the 11400F. If you're okay trading off some speed for better gameplay, the 10400F is a solid alternative.

I wouldn't purchase either; the 12th generation offers little improvement and runs significantly quicker. As a note, the i3 12100F features a quad-core processor and performs comparably to the 10400F in multi-threaded tasks.

It's fine, though I noticed your i3 only has 4 cores, which isn't ideal. Your CPU is a Ryzen 3 1200, also with 4 cores.

The i3-12100 outperforms the Ryzen 3 1200, which is similar to the i7-2600k. It matches the 11600K and surpasses AMD's 8 and 6 core models from Zen 2. The 12400F offers better speed without a significant price jump, making it a worthwhile upgrade if you choose the i3-12100.

You can use the I3 12100F for several hours depending on your usage. It’s a solid choice for extended sessions, but keep in mind its battery life is limited. Let me know if you need tips for longer playtime!

It seems your budget likely fits what you expect for the graphics card you're planning. No one can truly predict the future, but for a primary setup, I’d choose the 12400F. For a lower-priority system, the i3-10105F works well with an RX 570 at full power, and I think it would handle RTX 3060 or 6600 without trouble most of the time.
