Also, T-Mobile’s US 4G HSPA+ network offers speeds from 2 to 6 Mbps download and 0.5 to 1.8 Mbps upload, with latency between 60 and 180 milliseconds. A 3G HSPA network provides 400 to 700 kbps download and 100 to 250 kbps upload, with latency around 100 to 450 milliseconds.
