I can't anymore... 400KB/s down and about 100 up...ping is fine same goes for stability... but man I can not download a game like a normal person... I have to wait days for a 30GB game to download.

I understand... really bad. Spending five days straight on a 50GB game... it was the same for me before.

I relocated to another country. Otherwise I’d still be trapped online. But if I’d moved nearer the city center, I could have enjoyed great internet at a lower cost. If you can afford it, try multiple plans—perhaps one under your name and another under your brother’s, so the ISP accommodates both. It seems you don’t have many choices.

On 4G I experience 70-110 ping during games, similar to War Thunder... whereas Speedtest.net shows speeds around 39ms. Daily YouTube viewing and numerous Steam game updates are happening, and Windows 10 data usage is at 440GB over the past 30 days.
