I finally chose to start playing Life is Strange, but it’s really tough. The GPU hits full capacity even when using the menu, and it only runs at 15 frames per second. I adjusted the settings to the lowest, but it still doesn’t work. I’m not sure if the game is that demanding on my 780ti, but I think it might be. What might be causing this issue?

You might want to look into the NVIDIA Control Panel for more details.

It's odd how the 15 frames per second feel, isn't it? I had to go through it.

I enabled it because I don’t need anything above 60 fps, I’ll look for driver updates. Ha ha, great job!

Vsync has been problematic lately, often freezing my games at 33FPS. My monitor supports a 66Hz refresh rate.

My overclocked 970 delivers 100 to 144 frames per second.

Attempted to disable Vsync yet it doesn’t resolve the issue. The GPU operates at full capacity yet temperatures remain stable. This seems odd—my 780Ti should handle 140–150 as well, right?

Your card should work well. I just tested it at the highest settings—1440p and over 60 frames per second. Keep going, it’s a solid game!

While running many apps open (Steam, Chrome with Twitch streams, LoL, etc.), the temperatures stay steady. Even though usage is at full capacity, the GPU doesn’t heat up much.
