I just reinstalled BIOS to the standard configuration. The game's frame rate increased slightly, though the CPU remains at full capacity.

Take a glance at the task manager to see which processes are consuming the CPU. Also check your CPU usage when you're using the Windows desktop.

When I'm not using the game's tab (running in fullscreen windowed), the CPU usage is around 20%, and the game occupies about 10% of the system.

When no other applications are active, what is the performance on the Windows desktop? Usually, it stays below 5% after the system loads. It looks like other programs might be consuming excessive CPU resources.

It was at 2%, but when I began using Google Chrome it jumped to around 40% for a moment. I just think sometimes the CPU usage increases unexpectedly.

When playing games without Chrome running in the background, do you maintain full utilization across all cores?
