It seems you're looking for a way to expand your setup without buying everything at once. We can simulate the inputs using HDMI quad splits. You'd need six units from the provided link and one from another. Feed four into the 1080-out splits, then four into the 4K version. This gives you 16 inputs on a single 4K channel. The remaining two 1080 splits can be sent straight to your capture PC, delivering all 24 inputs at half resolution onto one DeckLink Quad HDMI card. After setting this up in OBS, you can duplicate and crop as needed to match your streaming layout. A standard desktop should handle it with a GPU for hardware encoding.
