Check your motherboard and power supply unit. Are your files stored on the main hard drive, or do you have an extra SSD? Find out if it's a ready-made system. I need more information before I can assist properly. See the relevant discussions and adjust your question accordingly.

It's installed on an HDD with two partitions. This PC was built about two years ago. The issue began when I moved apps, causing the entire screen (except taskbar) to turn white briefly. It seemed like Windows wasn't responding, but it worked again after a few seconds. The next day it started happening again.
