I heard it's Firestorm, but it seems kind of strange that it doesnt support windows 10 (which is what I have).
Is firestorm it, and can I have a win10 download?
If it isn't/doesn't support win10, will other programs like afterburner work too?

Firestorm is compatible with Windows 10, and alternative tools such as afterburner are also viable options.

Absolutely, Firestorm is the way to go. I really suggest something else if you're looking for better results. MSI Afterburner works well too.

The Msi afterburner is essentially the most popular choice
Using the Zotac app won't add any extra stability instead
