Hello there, I've recently started working as a Zoom Operator however i've run into a rather persistent problem. It seems Zoom is causing my Graphics driver to Crash, At least thats what it looks like from the event viewer. So basically I will start zoom up and it seems the moment I turn on my Camera or someone connects with a camera, not sure if its either one. The display driver stops responding, sometimes it resumes quick enough that there is no issues, but then sometimes it seems that it fully crashes zoom. The problem with that is that if I disconnect the show will not go on. The things I have already tried and my system specs are below Things I've tried Reinstall windows Reinstall windows using a media tool to a new SSD reinstall graphics drivers several times uninstalled any conflicting applications like skype, aura sync, icue things that affect the hardware disabled Hardware Acceleration on the client enabled max performance in Nvidia Settings Its very weird sometimes it can go for a long time without issues, the next it will crash unexpectedly, I've attached the 3 error logs that show up in event viewer below Code: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered. - <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> - <System> <Provider Name="Display" /> <EventID Qualifiers="0">4101</EventID> Peel back the cover and see how the fans act. Do they just stand there or are they acting crazy?

They do start and stop, but that is normal for my card as long as I keep the afterburner running to watch the heat. I also game every day, playing Valorant, COD, Cyberpunk, and Sea of Thieves. Sometimes I play for hours without any problems. If you just want to adjust the fan speed, try it manually?

Give it your best shot. Have you looked at the power supply fan? Are all the fans spinning without electricity?

What is the age of that Corsair 650-watt power supply? Did you find bugs in Event Viewer? How about checking Reliability History? Have you reinstalled Zoom? Try Task Manager and Resource Monitor, but only use one at a time. Watch after the first boot while your computer is idle. Then keep watching while doing light browsing, some gaming, and finally Zoom. Find out what resources are being used, how much (%), and which apps or files are using them. You might have to move some things around in Startup so that Zoom can run properly.

I've reinstalled things many times, even changed out the operating system. The power supply unit is about five years old, but it works fine because a UPS with inverter software keeps the power clean. Zoom is just really slow; I'll check the monitor's stats while playing games.
