Hey everyone, there seems to be an issue with your laptop keyboard. It doesn’t behave like the original layout—it feels like a different keyboard was installed or removed. The four dedicated keys on your 2021 Zephyrus M16 are no longer working and now only trigger function keys. Functions like fn+F2, F3, F4 used to control brightness, but now they only work for volume up/down and mic mute. The F12 key for airplane mode isn’t functioning properly, and there are two conflicting touchpad drivers. Additionally, the capslock key no longer lights up the indicator; instead it shows a power indicator. Help needed!

Did you accidentally drop something near the keyboard? Otherwise, you might want to look for videos to inspect the ribbon cable. It could be a simple reseat, but it seems like there might be a short in the keyboard.

I haven't noticed anything on the laptop. It seems there might be another keyboard layout, and possibly a missing driver that manages the macro keys for detection by Armory Crate.
