Hello, Your PC restarts itself after a shutdown, performing CPU and memory checks before turning off and restarting again. This happens only once. After the issue, everything works fine when you restart. It seems unusual but not uncommon. Could be a software glitch or hardware quirk. I powered down to S4/S5, which means all power will be cut from the board. I experienced the same issue on my other PC, and it didn’t reboot at startup. It seems the problem might be with the same brand, though not every board could be affected. Would that be the case?

Over time I realized these G.Skill modules require a bit more voltage. Changing the setting from 1.35 to 1.38 stopped the PC from booting twice over. I’m not sure if it’s the modules or the motherboard that’s the issue, but it definitely helped.
