Hey everyone, I just set up a new rig using a Ryzen 3600 and an ASRock B550 board. Since I haven’t done any overclocking yet, everything’s running stock. I’ve noticed in Ryzen Master the default voltages seem quite high—single core is around 1.4 volts, and all-core stress caps near 1.34 volts. There are some posts on the AMD subreddit mentioning a safe upper limit of about 1.325V for all cores. Could the built-in voltage be affecting my chips? Should I lower it manually? Thanks!

Stock voltage control won't harm the CPU. High voltage during idle or low demand is safe. Voltage stays within limits based on the load and current flowing through the CPU. Running Prime 95 small fft will show voltage dropping below 1.3v.
