Do you have a dedicated GPU? If yes, did you connect the monitor directly to the GPU rather than the motherboard? Consider re-seating the RAM or testing one stick at a time if you have a dual-stick configuration.

It's quite basic. I wouldn't run a 12900K on that board. The VRM isn't strong enough. Be sure to have a fan running near the VRM.
