Details: MSI Z590-A PRO i5 11600K RTX 3080 Fury 4x8GB 3600MHz CL17 quiet! Strong Performance 11 FM 850W 80 Plus Gold Win 11 Issue: After shutting down, PC briefly powers on but fails to boot normally—no fallback to default BIOS or Windows settings, just a restart. It doesn’t occur when I manually turn off the power switch. I’ve spent several days researching, but nothing points to quick startup or restart options. I tried adjusting BIOS settings and XMP, yet the problem persists. Recently discovered a 2017 post about XMP causing strange restarts on Gigabyte hardware (link provided). A BIOS update resolved it. My current BIOS is 7D09v18 (2022-09-30). The issue continues even after enabling XMP. Any experience with this on the Z590-A PRO?
