You've received a new Z390 WaterForce motherboard, but it won't power up. The red power button is pressed and still doesn't work. The main case button didn't respond either.

You connected the full specifications. The ATX24pin is confirmed to be seated, no additional actions needed.

Feeling hopeless about continuing. My system is an i990k with DDR4, 32GB RAM at 3000MHz, plus a D5 pump. It seems the setup isn't working right, so I'm going back to basics.
