Found a used PC for 800 dollars with a 9900K processor and Arctic cooler. It includes a 32GB SSD, 3TB HDD, and a 550W PSU. Is it worth it? I might lower the price to 670 if I find something better for gaming at 1080p.

For an investment of $800 you can assemble a superior system using a reliable power supply. PCPartPicker provides a list here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sZh76r. CPU choice: Intel Core i5-12600KF at 3.7 GHz with 10 cores ($220.99 on Amazon). Cooler option: Vetroo V5 52 CFM ($34.99). Motherboard recommendation: MSI PRO B660M-A WIFI DDR4 Micro ATX (LGA1700) ($139.99). RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16 GB) at $102.99. Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME ($99.99). Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower ($104.99). Power supply: MSI MPG A-GF 850 W, 80+ Gold certified, fully modular ($114.99). Overall cost comes to $818.93, covering shipping, taxes, and available discounts. This summary was created by PCPartPicker on August 28, 2022 at 08:13 EDT.

Excluding shipping, the price would be around 2 to 3 times higher.

You're asking about the unusual pricing for shipping, noting it seems excessive compared to what's typical in the US.

This information is quite significant, isn't it? This device really makes a stronger offer.
