Hi there, I usually feel confident with this kind of setup but I'm struggling now. Also, welcome if this isn't the right spot (newbie). My MSI Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon uses an EVGA 280 CLC as my cooler. The MOBO has two internal USB 2.0 ports and one was used by my AIO for monitoring and another for front USB. After adding a Corsair Commander to create an extra port, everything has been fine for months. Later, I upgraded my PSU to an AX1200i from Corsair, which also has an internal USB cable for fan curve and power usage. When I connected the PSU into one of the USB ports, I saw an error message saying EVGA flow control can't detect my CLC. I've already checked and found the issue is with the PSU. Does anyone know why this happens? I didn’t want to mix things up between my software. Thanks, Jake.

Absolutely, I completely understand. With the Corsair AX1200i power supply, you can track the fan speed of the PSU and monitor system power usage. It uses ICUE, which has previously worked for my light strips and keyboard. However, after connecting the PSU to my MOBO, the AIO software won’t launch because it can no longer recognize the CLC. In the board explorer, all internal USB ports appear connected correctly, but when both the AIO and PSU are linked, the software still fails to start.
