I put this card in today but it isn’t working. It doesn’t appear in the device manager when I use the m.2 slot on my ASRock Fatal1ty Z370. The card I installed is the one listed for the Intel 9560NGW Wireless-AC Dual Band NGFF Key E 1733M BT 5.0. I’m trying to free up space in my 8xxMbps wifi card and connect it via USB header with the new mini-card. It’s really fast.

This might be the reason: Although you can add these CRF to a regular M.2 Key E port, they only work with systems built for the CNVi. Please check with your system or motherboard maker to confirm compatibility. It seems the AC 9260 functions on your board.

CNVi isn't compatible with ASRock Fatal1ty Z370; you must use the Intel 9260 model. ASRock provided a discussion on a similar topic: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?...&PID=56154. They also mentioned that future Z390 boards will include CNVi support: https://www.anandtech.com/show/12750/int...nformation
