I increased my i5-6500 to 3.8 GHz and everything worked smoothly. The next day, when I turned on my PC, it would briefly power on before shutting down. This happened a few times, with fans and the hard drive also shutting down. I checked various solutions from forums, tried replacing RAM sticks, but still had issues. I wonder if one of my RAM sticks was damaged.
