Hi there! You're just starting out with these games. It sounds like you're weighing yuzu and ryujinx. You mentioned yuzu has better performance, which is good to know. You also noted that ryujinx supports online features through LDN, while yuzu removed those features after a change last year. That makes sense since online play is important for many titles like mk8, acnh, and AmUs.

Think about what matters most: if you care about online multiplayer or streaming, ryujinx might be the better choice. But if you're more focused on single-player or local play, yuzu could work well. Also consider your PC setup—making sure it meets the requirements for either game.

Let me know if you want help comparing their features further! Thanks for asking, and good luck!

Give them a chance and see which one suits you best.

I'm attempting to conserve time and prevent confusion with the number two. Please let me know if you'd like me to rephrase it differently.

Do you have any experience with Ryujinx yourself? I'v tried yuzu for a few days now since ryujinx seemed harder to setup and configure. I'm obviously open to use ryujinx (or both) if there's a reason for it. It's difficult for an inexperienced user like me to compare... Now, about online features, it sounds like none of them is superior actually. A lot of conflicting/outdated information online

Attempted both options. For online mode you need a custom Ryujinx build (LDN version), which is hosted on their GitHub wiki. However, the phrase "online" is in quotes because it's not possible to link the emulated game to the internet. You might still play multiplayer over the web, but redeeming codes isn't feasible. Since I don’t often play multiplayer, Yuzu suits me well. Also, the newest EA releases now support AMD FSR upscaling for Yuzu builds.

I'm not sure about the details, but I think a functional online presence is definitely a big plus. I guess someone should handle hosting, probably on a peer-to-peer basis, but the main goal is to allow multiple players together. You wouldn't connect to systems like Nintendo or online games that aren't set up for it. In RPGs 3, it's important to have support built in for each game, otherwise there won't be any real online interaction.

Yuzu functions fine under certain conditions but needs significant power. It tends to be quite restless. However, it performs well when it operates properly. Uncertain about Ryu.
