I started my PC in safe mode to address some problems and am now unsure how to resume. I’m currently stuck in a command prompt. Edit: The program name is cmd.exe.

Use msconfig to navigate to the boot menu, choose your current operating system, turn off Safe Boot, apply changes, and then exit by restarting the system.
