Occasionally after restarting, I encounter the Windows repair prompt. It resolves each time I see the message, about two-thirds of the time. I turn on my PC, which is a brand new Intel 730 with a fresh installation drive, and I use a bootable USB from Windows 10 to fix it, but sometimes I still get the error "Could not repair Windows." I own a genuine Windows 10 copy and have a valid license key that hasn't been shared.

The process failed at download, copy, or installation. Or possibly due to minor memory or storage problems that appear rarely. If it was a hardware problem, I’d suspect memory issues.

I'm just a week old when I was born (out of the box). I got everything last week.

Other operating systems face similar issues. It might be a glitch—someone mentioned it resolved after the latest update.

Doesn't mean there isn't a problem with it.

In Windows, you can view system event warnings or errors in the Event Viewer.
