Hello all, I've had this problem since a few days now. Certain videos just won't play at all when I click on them. Either it's just a black screen where the video is suppossed to play, or the loading wheel just keeps on spinning. Most videos I can play without any problems, just sometimes certain videos just don't work. The strange thing is that that certain video doesn't work on Chrome, but also doesn't work on my iPhone and iPad. When I read the comments I don't see anyone complaining that they can't play the video. I've already removed cookies and such. What else can I do? Thanks

It might be possible to find content using Silverlight, but Chrome can't support it since it's a different architecture (x64 vs x86). I currently use Opera for BT Sport because it needs Silverlight.

It seems the issue might be related to your device's settings or internet connection. Check if the videos are available elsewhere or try a different browser or app. If the problem persists, consider updating your device or contacting support.

Silverlight may not work well on Apple devices since it was developed by Microsoft and isn't natively supported there.

It has functioned well over the past few years, but an issue began approximately two to three days ago.

It happened around the same moment it did on Chrome, though I hadn’t watched BT Sport for a few weeks before.

I've noticed a few similar posts in troubleshooting, though most folks don't face the same issue.

I might be entirely off, but I'm just telling my story.

Ensure you're logged out with your Google accounts in Chrome. Check if the video functions afterward—it could indicate an account issue.
