I've encountered an unusual issue while using YouTube on my PC. When playing videos, buffering occurs rapidly, causing the grey progress bar to move far ahead and leaving a noticeable gap before stopping. Once the red bar catches up, the buffering animation appears but the video still doesn't load. Pressing pause resolves the issue, but the problem recurs. I have a 25 mbps connection (Speedtest.net) and only stream in 1080p; the same problem persists even when switching to 360p. On my phone, I can watch 4K on the YouTube app while my PC uses Wi-Fi via a USB adapter.

Check the full hardware specifications and operating system details. Open Task Manager and Resource Monitor to track performance while watching YouTube. Run both tools sequentially to see how they compare with other video platforms.
