YouTube pauses video playback for 4 to 13 seconds while audio continues. This issue rarely impacts other windows but briefly froze your Facebook tab recently. You've already cleared the cache in Google Chrome—let me know if further help is needed.

I thought based on the assumption that the 6350's stock clock is around 3.9 GHz.

Same issue. I believe YouTube made another slowdown update. The same problem persists here. I think YouTube is rolling back again.

The issue occurs when opening YouTube, loading new content, and experiencing frequent freezes lasting about three seconds. The audio continues, but the main page becomes unresponsive. It seems to be a general problem with YouTube itself.
