YouTube and Warframe aren't starting, but the rest works fine.
Around midnight my YouTube session and the game I was using froze, as if the internet needed a reset—nothing else functioned either, Discord, Imgur, everything failed. After restarting the network I opened some tabs and they loaded just fine, but YouTube and the Warframe launcher still wouldn’t connect. I keep seeing ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT messages and the launcher just hangs updating, usually ready after a few seconds. I assumed maybe it was just a glitch and reset the router and modem again. Still nothing changed, and I waited an hour thinking maybe I wasn’t giving it enough time. But the issue persisted, and both apps remained unresponsive. Around 8 PM the power went out for a short while; nothing ran on my computer, but when I turned it back on everything worked perfectly. I’m just trying to figure out if there’s a problem or if my ISP is having trouble.
I rebooted my computer and internet simultaneously, and it appears to be functioning properly now. Everything is connecting, though I remain curious about what caused this change.
